Hind T. Karns, Managing Director, Business Advisory and Management Services
Hind is a versatile business leader and entrepreneur. She brings a combination of real-world international experience and big picture creativity to every engagement. She has vast experience in working in fast-paced environments, cross-functional and multicultural teams. She worked in both private and public sectors across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and USA. She is recently relocated to NWPA with her family from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and founded her business consulting practice "WEMANIGIT LLC" with a focus on projects management, marketing and communications, strategy planning and execution.
Her achievements include setting up and managing new business practices, leading strategic planning projects, mentoring teams, creating and executing transformational projects. She institutionalized many processes and systems related to project monitoring, impact assessment, and resource optimization in addition to leading digital transformation projects and managing public & private sector events.
Hind is a graduate of Columbia Business School, NY, specializing in business excellence, leadership, and innovation. She was the commencement speaker for her graduating class and served for 2 years as Vice President of Columbia Alumni Association (UAE Chapter). She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Sciences and a Co-Active Coaching diploma.

Jeff Karns, Director, Design & Construction Management
Jeff’s love for construction stems from a long family line of contractors in Pennsylvania. He is a seasoned and reliable design director with deep understanding of large complex projects.
Jeff is known for his ability to build consensus of project goals and carry it to completion. He spent over 16 years in the Middle East working on diverse large-scale and complex projects, ranging from a 750-bed state of the art hospital to a community of over 3500 apartment units. He also managed the design and construction of various theme parks in Dubai including a six flags park and Lego Land theme park.
He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science from Kent State University, Ohio - graduated with Magna Cum Laude.
